The Montville Day Spa prides itself on providing a luxuriously presented and inviting environment for you to escape the stress of the outside world. To ensure everyone’s time with us is relaxing we ask that you please understand and respect the quiet and privacy of all our guests. As the spa environment is one of relaxation we ask that you turn off all mobile phones and speak with a soft voice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our goal is to make your time with us as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. To assist you, we have provided answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.

When should I arrive for my spa treatment? 

We suggest you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you time to check in, change and relax before your treatment commences.

What should I wear for my spa treatment? 

Whatever is comfortable. We will provide a robe and slippers if you are with us for spa treatments. Our primary concern is your total relaxation and enjoyment. All towels are provided.

No clothing is worn in our Floatation Pool for two reasons:

1. the whole experience for you is based on total sensory deprivation and wearing anything against the skin is likely to distract and

2. bathers and underwear can be a problem as far as introducing bacteria to a sterile environment, so neither are permitted.

What if I’m late for my appointment? 

This is your special time so please try to arrive on time. Arriving late will not only reduce your time spent with us but the effectiveness of your treatment and your pleasure and enjoyment.

Late arrivals will still finish on time so as not to inconvenience the next client and will be charged the scheduled fee as per original booking.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that it may be necessary to change your appointment, however, we do ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or amendments. If no notice is given or you do not show for your appointment the full fee will be charged.

To allow us to continue to offer the very best service and experience, we kindly ask you to ensure you understand our cancellation policy.

A credit card is required to secure all bookings, a minimum deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking. Group bookings require 50% deposit, 72 hours notice is required for group cancellations.
